Getting Started

With our new My Active Center Program

New Membership Program

Step 1 : Visit the Edward King House at 35 King Street in Newport or call 401-846-7426 us to get you started with a new membership card.
Step 2 : Go to the Website Visit www.myactivecenter.com from your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Step 3 : Create an Account

  • Click on “Sign Up”.
  • Select Edward King House from the list of centers.
  • Click “Continue” button.
  • You will be asked to link your account to Edward King House Senior Center using the barcode number on your membership key tag that you receive from us.
  • Enter your email address and create a password.
  • Click “signup” button.
Step 4 : Sign Up for Membership
  • Click on the Groups tab at the center of the ribbon at the top of the page.
  • Click the “View Group” button.
  • Follow the prompts to sign up for membership securely online or click Pay At Center to pay by cash or check – Just $31 for the year!

No Computer – No problem!
